Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Head over to our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your items.

  Choose Your Items

  Select the products you want to send back and tell us why—just make sure they are unworn with original tags attached.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, pack your items securely in the original mailer, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Your Credit

  Once our warehouse processes your return, we will email you a Dolls Kill digital gift card for the full value of your returned goods.
